Facelifting, breast enlargement (Brustvergrößerung) and plastic surgery is big business in Hollywood, most of the stars have had some sort of nip/tuck treatment, to ensure they look their best.  There is much competition in the movie industry, so looking the part is essential, to ensure that the big film contracts keep coming.  It is rumoured that many celebrities have had plastic surgery, but getting the individual to confess to having surgery is a different matter, many of them choose to sit on the fence and say that they have not had any surgery.

It is thought that many of the stars who don’t want to have drastic surgery, go for botox instead, it is rumoured that stars such as Sly Stallone, Cher, Liz Hurley, Joan Rivers, Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Elizabeth Taylor, Cliff Richard and Leslie Ash have all been injected with botox to keep their youthful looks.  Some celebrities have become addicted to plastic surgery, and have gone under the knife several times in an attempt to keep themselves looking younger.  For some major surgery has transformed them, for others plastic surgery has gone too far.  Demi Moore was rumoured to have had thousands of pounds worth of plastic surgery done to her body, and the results were amazing, a body to die for and one that was certainly worth ever penny spent.

Others who are rumoured to have had drastic surgery are film stars such as Micky Rourke.  In his film hey day Mickey Rourke was one of hollywoods sexiest men.  When 9 and a half weeks came out starring his and Kim Basinger he was hot.  Unfortunately Mickey Rourke fell into the trap of having dramatic plastic surgery, it is rumoured by some that it was because he took too many hits in the boxing ring, others just think he went a step too far.  Gone are the days when Mickey Rourke looked sexy, its just a case of surviving in the film industry and being recognised for his good films and not his plastic surgery.

Jackie Stallone is rumoured to have gone under the knife on more than one occasion, although it is uncertain how old she really is, as she has a tendency to deny her age.  It is thought that she was born in 1921, mother to Sylvester Stallone who is thought to have had dramatic surgery himself.  Jackie Stallone is now looking every inch the woman who has tried to keep her looks through cosmetic surgery.

King of pop Michael Jackson is thought to have had drastic surgery over the years, we know for sure that he has had his nose done several times, although Michael denies this.  The other surgery is only rumours, and though it is thought that he has had extensive surgery, Michael has never admitted to such surgery.
